Here's why Swimming Otter Communications is the right choice for your law firm's content marketing needs:

  • Swimming Otter Communications LLC is a conversion-focused writing and copywriting company. It is dedicated to creating business-attracting and revenue-generating content for law firms.

  • My responsibility is to write content that gets the marketing results you're looking for. My job is to communicate your value to your prospective clients and to maximize your visibility and impact.

  • I identify the proof your prospects need in order to make a hiring decision, then eliminate their objections and doubts. The result? More retainers with less time spent by your attorneys on nonbillable client development.

  • My writing is effective because I take the time to understand the audience and write in a way proven to get attention and prompt action. Because if we're not seeing tangible, concrete results from your content marketing, then what is the point?

  • I specialize in making complex information accessible and interesting to non-specialist audiences. That helps your audience understand how valuable your services are!

  • I work efficiently, respect deadlines and budgets, and pay attention to details. You get the right work product on time, every time.

  • As a former patent litigator, I'm always attuned to the ethics rules, the sophistication of your clients, and the complexity of your work.

  • There are no messaging challenges that we won’t overcome. Here's why:

In my years as a patent litigator, much of my work required that I make science understandable to laypeople - to judges and juries - and that I make legal concepts relatable to non-lawyers - be it clients, potential clients, or scientific experts. In essence, I've spent over a decade working as an interpreter for complex information.

Rounding out my writing experience is the extensive copywriting I've done for various entities, including law firms, a research company, architectural and construction firms, and even a travel company. These assignments allowed me to perfect the kind of writing that attracts clients, which is a different animal from writing briefs, client memos, rog responses, or law review articles.

Here's some additional information about me:

Yes, but why Swimming Otter??

Because otters are curious, entertaining, and collaborative. And they're fast and smooth swimmers, accomplishing what they need to do with minimum drama. In short, if they could type, they'd be perfect content writers.
